ABOUT THE POSITION
The Höganäs Group is currently a leading supplier in the Nordic market for refractory materials and also has a global presence in selected application areas. Höganäs Borgestad Energi & Ugnsteknik AB offers furnace technology and mechanical services as well as solutions for dust separation, primarily to the energy, paper, steel, and mining industries. In this position, you will work daily with customers' machinery, primarily boilers and furnaces with associated equipment, where you will perform repairs, new installations, and service in the mechanical area.
In this role, you will also see travel as a natural part of your work as you are out with their customers delivering services to them. Höganäs Borgestad Energi & Ugnsteknik AB aims to increase the availability and efficiency of the facilities at customers' sites, as the combination of people and technology is what truly makes a difference.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
In the role of team leader/assembly leader, you will be responsible for a group of 4-8 people. You will work daily with problem-solving, improvements, and ongoing maintenance where troubleshooting, replacement of spare parts, and welding repairs are part of the activities at their customers. Travel within and outside Sweden is included as a natural part of the job, especially within the Gävleborg/Dalarna region, but also to other parts of Sweden and the Nordic countries as needed.
In addition, you will also work with:
- Leading and distributing the daily work within the team
- Coaching and supporting employees in their development
- Ensuring that deadlines and quality goals are met
- Writing technical reports on completed assignments
- Interpreting and understanding documents and drawings, including assembly documentation
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a technical or industrial education, or equivalent practical experience
- Has a B driver's license
- Speaks and writes fluently in both Swedish and English as the tasks require it
It is an advantage if you have:
- Previous experience leading a team
- Work experience in the industry, preferably from mechanical manufacturing or processing
- Experience working in project form
